immergrüner, verholzender, buschiger Kletterstrauch bis ca. 10 m (in Kübelkultur bis zu 4 m) mit gegenständig angeordneten, unpaarig gefiederten, Blättern, bestehend aus bis zu 7 paarig angeordneten, lanzettlichen, ca. 9 cm langen und 4 cm breiten, oberseits tiefgrünen, unterseits helleren Blättchen mit einem endständigen Blatt. Die bis zu 8 cm großen, trichterförmigen pinkfarbenen Blüten mit karmesinroten, fein liniertem, zart behaarten Schlund erscheinen in lockeren Rispen am Ende der Triebe

Culture: bright at approx. 15-20°C + keep constant slightly moist
Overwintering: Older specimens bright at about 5-10°C and according to ambient temperature in larger intervals and only water in small quantities that the root ball not dries out completely.
Note: Cut down after flowering
