Dear plant and garden enthusiasts,
Over many years, we have had the pleasure of accompanying you on your gardening journey with exotic seed rarities and plants from around the world. Watching things grow together has brought us great joy. But every project has its time—and for us, the moment has come to step back. Due to health reasons, it is with a heavy heart that we have decided to permanently close the sunshine-seeds.de online shop and enter our well-deserved retirement. This decision was not an easy one for us. However, our health now requires our full attention. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your many years of loyalty, the trust you have placed in us, and your enthusiasm for our green rarities! Important information regarding the shop closure:
Our shop will remain open until September 30, 2026.
The last day to place an order is September 25, 2026. Please feel free to use this time to secure your favorite seeds one last time.
Processing: All paid orders received by September 25, 2026, will, of course, be processed, packed, and shipped reliably as usual.

kleiner bis mittelgroßer Baum bis zu 15 m mit bis zu 20 gegenständig angeordneten gefiederten Blättern, bestehend aus bis zu 55 paarigen, ca. 12 cm langen, tiefgrünen Fiedern. Die kleinen, duftenden, creme-weißen bis gelblichen Blüten erscheinen in bis zu 14 cm langen, flaumigen Ähren, gefolgt von bis zu 39 cm langen und 10 cm breiten Hülsenfrüchte

Sowing Deep: ca. 1 cm
Sowing Mix: Coir or sowing mix + sand or perlite
Germination Temperature: ca. 23-25°C
Location: bright + keep constantly moist, not wet
Germination Time: ca. 2-4 weeks
Irrigation: in the growing season regularly water
Fertilization: monthly 0,2%ig with cactus fertilizer
Pests: Spider mites > especially under glass
Substrate: cactus or potting soil + 1/3 grit + 1/3 sand or perlite
Culture: hell bei ca. 10-15°C + konstant leicht feucht halten
Overwintering: Ältere Exemplare hell bei ca. 5-10°C und nur in kleinen Mengen soviel gießen, daß der Wurzelballen nicht völlig austrocknet.
Note: Aufgrund seiner Herkunft in Höhenlagen von über 2000 m können ältere Exemplare bei mind. 0ºC überwintert werden.
