Packing- Seeds
Only with order of the customers the seeds are sorted by hand, packed in ziplock bags and labelled.
The seeds which must be stored slightly humid and protected from dehydration, are dispatched according to their nature together with Vermiculite, Sphagnum moss, humid substrate or also wrapped in humid newsprint, kitchen roll or similar. Seasonally and depending on weather conditions it can comes to later deliveries, because different kinds are not often available all year round.
Packing - Plants
Our plants are packed very carefully into cardboard boxes, and to conserve the rainforests of the earth and our environment, we use as far as possible recyclable cartons, you can put the waste paper. Inside the box the plants are stabilized with bamboo sticks, young plants, seedlings with chipping sticks, so that it can not damage the plant during transport. You can reuse the bamboo sticks for staking up your plants or support for climbing plants.
Dispatch saison
Our dispatch saison occurs throughout the year only sensitive seeds and fruits are weather dependent. These are usually only available if start the warmer temperature periods, nutmeg, cocoa fruits and much else. Plant shipping at beginning of March mid/end November depending on weather conditions. During the winter months November to March only upon request for hardy bulbs, rhizomes and leafless plants.
Shipping cost
All plants, accessories etc. despatched with DPD or DHL. Transport costs are calculated in the shop after you have placed all items in the shopping cart and specified your shipping address. Only after announcement of the shipping cost you submit your order to us.
Delivery time within Germany
Usually, transport of parcels last 1 to 2 working-days, for consignment in padded envelopes 3 to 5 working-days, depending on your residence. We strive to dispatch your seeds and plants in such a way that they are not en-route over the weekend at the warehouse of a transportation company. Please note, that all indicated dates of delivery are always noncommittal, since we cannot influence the transportation speed of parcel service (DPD) or German Post (DHL).
Delivery time abroad
Usually, transport of parcels and dispatch in bubble envelopes via airmail last 3 to 14 working-days depending on your residence. We strive to dispatch your seeds and plants in such a way that they are not en-route over the weekend at the warehouse of a transportation company. Please note, that all indicated dates of delivery are always noncommittal, since we cannot influence the transportation speed of parcel service (DPD) or German Post (DHL).
