Dear plant and garden enthusiasts,
Over many years, we have had the pleasure of accompanying you on your gardening journey with exotic seed rarities and plants from around the world. Watching things grow together has brought us great joy. But every project has its time—and for us, the moment has come to step back. Due to health reasons, it is with a heavy heart that we have decided to permanently close the sunshine-seeds.de online shop and enter our well-deserved retirement. This decision was not an easy one for us. However, our health now requires our full attention. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your many years of loyalty, the trust you have placed in us, and your enthusiasm for our green rarities! immergrüner, zweihäusiger, hoher Strauch bis zu 5 m oder Baum bis zu 30 m mit rundlicher Krone und wechselständig angeordneten, dünn ledrigen, gestielten, eiförmigen bis elliptischen bis zu 5,5 cm langen und 4 cm breiten, tiefgrünen Blättern und rotem Neuaustrieb. Die rosafarbenen, männlichen Blüten erscheinen in bis zu 6,5 cm langen, hängenden Ähren, die grünen, weiblichen Blüten in Form einer Miniaturfrucht in den Blattachseln. Aus den Blüten entwickeln sich paarweise, verkehrt herzförmige, ca. 2,5 cm lange und 3,75 cm breite, rötlich-braune Früchte mit saurem Geschmack
Verwendung: Das Holz dient für die Herstellung von Brennholz und Holzkohle, die Rinde zum Gerben, das Abkochen der Rinde wird in der Medizin gegen Kopfschmerzen und Husten, Abkochung der jungen Blätter gegen Magenschmerzen, Krämpfe, Epilepsie, Tuberkuluse, Durchfall und Husten verwendet, Blätter, Wurzeln und Rinde werden zur Behandlung von Bronchitis, Asthma, urogenitale Infektionen, Häorrhoiden, Fieber, Epilespie, Mund- und Rachenproblemen, Würmer, Steifheit der Gliedmaßen und Rheuma verwendet.
