You can use this form to revoke from your contract with us. You can find the order number in the emails you received from us regarding the order, as well as on the invoice. In the "Comments" field, you can provide details if, for example, your cancellation applies only to specific items in your order. You may also provide a reason for the revocation, though this is not mandatory. By clicking the "Finalize Revocation" button, your statement of revocation is transmitted to us and processed as quickly as possible. After submitting the form, you will receive an acknowledgment of receipt; this constitutes confirmation that your request has been received, but NOT yet an acceptance of the revocation.
