immergrüner, kleiner, besenähnlicher Zwergstrauch mit dicht behaarten Zweigen und wechselständig angeordneten, ca. 1,1 cm langen und 0,6 cm breiten, elliptischen bis schmal lanzettlichen, hellen blau-grünen Blättern. Die strahlend goldgelben Blüten mit rötlich-braunen oder burgunderfarbener Zeichnungen erscheinen in endständigen Rispen
