immergrüner buscher Strauch oder kleiner, ausladender Baum bis ca. 8 m mit wechselständig angeordneten, bis zu 18 cm langen und 0,7 cm breiten, linealischen bis schmal lanzettlichen, grünen bis blau-grünen Phyllodien. Die kugelförmigen, strahlend gelben Blüten erscheinen in bis zu 10-blütigen, kurzen Rispen in den Blattachseln
