caudexbildende, immergrüne, sukkulente, kleine Pflanze bis zu 30 cm mit rosettenförmig angeordneten, gestielten, fleischigen, lanzettlichen, oberseits glänzend tiefgrünen, unterseits helleren Blättern mit gekerbten Blatträndern. Die ungewöhnlich aussehenden, kleinen, grünlich-cremefarbenen Scheinblüten erscheinen auf langen Stielen in den Blattachseln
