mehrjährige, buschige Pflanze oder Bodendecker bis zu 60 cm mit 4-kantigen Stengeln und lila behaarten Stengeln und Zweigen, kreuzgegenständig angeordneten, breit elliptischen bis eiförmigen, oberseits tiefgrünen, unterseits purpurfarbenen, am Rand gezahnten Blättern. Die weiß bis weiß bis hell purpurrosafarbenen Blüten erscheinen in 3-blütigen Trugdolden
