Suitability
Exotic gardens are fully in the trend, because the offer of frost-resistant exotics which can be planted permanently in the garden, becomes more and more extensive. Entire collections of different types of bananas, passion flowers, citrus, fragrance, medicinal and useful plants, ornamental and fruit trees will be gathered from around the world and be kept as container plants in pot gardens or integrated into the garden.
Storage and Quality
Most seeds remain viable about 2-3 years with proper and professional storage, some species up to 10 years, e.g. Tomato and bean seeds, various Acacien and Eucalyptus. Sensitive seeds, as several Artocarpus, Cocoa, fruits of Myristica, Miracel fruit, Mangosteen, Syzygium, to name only some, cannot be stored for a long period, because they lose their germination ability very fast. According to season, maturity and harvest in the origin countries these are delivered only freshly harvested and must be protected against dehydration up to the shipping.
Durability
We indicate principally no durability date, as we the circumstances under which the seeds are stored at you, neither can control nor influence. Therefore we recommend the sowing of the seeds possibly within of 4-6 weeks. Sensitive seeds immediately upon receipt.
Availability
So that we can always supply fresh seeds we keep only limited amounts of seed for some species in stock. For this reason, it may occasionally happen that seeds of individual species are temporarily unavailable. We apologize for any inconvenience!
