laubabwerfende, kleine, krautige Staude bis zu 60 cm mit unterirdischen, kartoffelähnlichen Knollen, wechselständig angeordneten Blättern, die sich aus paarig angeordneten, lanzettlichen, tiefgrünen Blättchen zusammensetzen. Die kleinen weißen Blüten erscheinen in lockeren Büscheln

Irrigation: in the growing season regularly water
Fertilization: weekly 0,2%ig or long-term fertilizer
Pests: Spider mites > especially under glass
Substrate: potting soil + sand or perlite
Culture: bright at approx. 15-20°C + keep evenly slightly moist
Overwintering: Older specimens bright at least 10-15°C and according to ambient temperature just so much water that the root ball not dries out completely.
