immergrüner, kleiner bis mittelgroßer Baum bis zu 5 m mit kleiner, ausladender Krone und langgestielten Blättern, die sich 7-9 geteilten, ledrigen bläulich- bis grau-grünen Blättchen zusammensetzen und in Rosetten gruppiert am Ende der Zweige erscheinen. Die zahlreichen kleinen, grünlich-gelben Blüten sitzen an bis zu 11 fingerähnlichen aufrechten Ähren und erscheinen am Ende der Zweige
