immergrüner, mehrjähriger, robuster Strauch bis zu 3 m mit wechselständig angeordneten, samtigen, oberseits grau-grünen, unterseits hell gräulichen Blättern mit gesägten Blatträndern. Die gelben- bis apricotfarbenen Blüten erscheinen in den Blattachseln und öffnen sich nachmittags

Pests: Spider mites > especially under glass
Substrate: potting soil + 2/3 sand or perlite
Culture: hell bei ca. 20ºC + konstant leicht feucht halten
Overwintering: Older specimens bright at approx. 10-15°C, and according to ambient temperature just so much to water that the root ball not dries out completely.
