Propagation: Seeds/Cuttings
Pre-Treatment: pour boiling water over the seeds + soak ca. 24 h, repeat the procedure for non-swollen seed
Sowing Time: all year round > spring/summer preferred
Sowing Deep: ca. 0,5-1 cm
Sowing Mix: Coir or sowing mix + sand or perlite
Germination Temperature: ca. 25°C+
Location: bright + keep constantly moist, not wet
Germination Time: ca. 2-6 weeks > irregular
Irrigation: in the growing season regularly water + let dry between watering
Fertilization: monthly 0,2%ig or long-term fertilizer
Pests: Spider mites > especially under glass
Substrate: cactus or potting soil + 1/3 grit + 1/3 sand or perlite
Culture: hell bei ca. 10-15ºC + konstant feucht halten
Overwintering: Ältere Exemplare hell bei ca. 5-10ºC und nur soviel in größeren Abständern und kleinen Mengen gießen, daß der Wurzelballen nicht völlig austrocknet.
Note: drought-tolerant!
