Zwerg-Flamboyant, Dwarf Flamboyant

caudexbildender, laubabwerfender, dichtbelaubter Baum bis ca. 3 m mit wechselständig angeordneten, gefiederten Blättern, bestehend aus paarig angeordneten, länglich ovalen, tiefgrünen Blättchen. Die gestielten, weißen Blüten mit gekräuselten Blütenblättern und herausragenden rosa-roten Staubfäden färben sich von weiß über cremefarben bis hin zu gelb und erscheinen an den Zweigenden.
Delonix pumila gehört mittlerweile zu den stark gefährdeten Arten !
