laubabwerfender Strauch oder kleiner, oftmals mehrstämmiger Baum bis ca. 12 m und wechselständig angeordneten, 2 bis 3-fach gefiederten Blättern, bestehend aus 5 paarig angeordneten, ca. 3-9 bis zu 2 cm langen, ovalen, tiefgrünen Blättchen und einem endständigen Blatt. Die intensiv duftenden, weißen, hellgelben oder grünlich-gelben Blüten mit weißen Staubfäden und gelben Staubblättern erscheinen in bis zu 1,2 m langen Trauben
