mehrjähriger, kleiner Strauch bis zu 2 m mit vierkantigen Trieben und bis zu 10 cm langen, lanzettlichen, tiefgrünen Blättern mit gesägten Blatträndern. Triebe als auch Blättern sind zart behaart. Die schneeweißen, samtigen Röhrenblüten erscheinen in vielen übereinander angeordneten Quirlen, vorwiegend in den oberen Blattachseln
