Over many years, we have had the pleasure of accompanying you on your gardening journey with exotic seed rarities and plants from around the world. Watching things grow together has brought us great joy. But every project has its time—and for us, the moment has come to step back. Due to health reasons, it is with a heavy heart that we have decided to permanently close the sunshine-seeds.de online shop and enter our well-deserved retirement. This decision was not an easy one for us. However, our health now requires our full attention. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your many years of loyalty, the trust you have placed in us, and your enthusiasm for our green rarities! immergrüner, ausladender Baum bis zu 20 m mit an der Basis verdicktem, wasserspeicherndem Stamm und langgestielten, handförmigen, großen, glänzend mittel- bis tiefgrünen Blättern, bestehend aus bis zu 9 Fiederblättern. Die cremefarbenen Blüten mit langen, schmalen, zurückgeschlagenen Petalen und unzähligen, weit herausragenden Staubfäden mit roter Spitze erscheinen am Ende der Triebe, denen eßbare Früchte (Nüsse) folgen

Propagation:	Seeds/Cuttings
Pre-Treatment:	soak ca. 2-3 h in lukewarm water
Sowing Time:	all year round
Sowing Deep:	ca. 1 cm
Sowing Mix:	Coir, cactus soil or sowing mix + sand or perlite
Germination Temperature:	ca. 22-25°C
Location:	bright + keep constant slightly moist, not wet
Germination Time:	until germination takes place
Irrigation:	in the growing season regularly water + let dry between watering
Fertilization:	monthly 0,2%ig with cactus fertilizer
Pests:	Spider mites, Scale insects > especially under glass
Substrate:	cactus or potting soil + 2/3 sand or perlite
Culture:	bright at approx. 20°C + keep constant slightly moist
Overwintering:	Older specimens bright or dark at about 15-20°C and according to ambient temperature in larger intervals and only water in small quantities that the root ball not dries out completely.
Note:	drought-tolerant! Bonsai suitable! Do not fertilize in the first year!
