mehrjährige, horstbildende, schlanke Sumpf- und Wasserpflanze bis ca. 90 cm mit verholzenden Rhizomen und hohen Halmen, bestehend aus einem Schopf mit ca. 20 cm langen und 1 cm breiten tiefgrünen Blättern. Die Blüten erscheinen in Dolden mit grossen pomponähnlichen, creme-gelben Einzelblüten - kältetolerant!
