schnellwüchsige, immergrüne, mehrjährige, oftmals auch einjährig gezogene Kletterpflanze bis ca. 15 m (in Topfkultur bis zu 3 m) mit wechselständig angeordneten Blättern, bestehend aus paarig angeordneten, bis zu 13 cm langen und 6 cm breiten, elliptischen tiefgrünen Blättchen. Die ca. 5 cm großen, glockenförmigen, weißen Blüten und erscheinen an bis zu 30 cm langen Stielen in den Blattachseln und verströmen einen honigartigen Duft
