laubabwerfender Baum bis zu 15 m mit gegenständig angeordneten, ca. 40 cm langen, unpaarig gefiederten Bättern, bestehend aus bis zu 11, ca. 12 cm langen und 5 cm breiten, länglich ovalen bis elliptischen glänzend tiefgrünen Fiederblättchen. Die kleinen, duftenden, weißlichen Blüten erscheinen in ca. 35 cm langen endständigen Rispen, gefolgt von eßbaren, bei Reife gelblich-orangefarbenen eiförmigen bis ovalen Steinfrüchten
