immergrüner hoher Baum bis zu 25 m und wechselständig angeordneten, langgestielten, großen, bis zu 40 langen und 50 cm breiten, tiefgrünen Blättern mit auslaufender Spitze und heller Nervatur. Die strahlend gelben Blüten mit dunklem Zentrum erscheinen am Ende der Triebe
