Over many years, we have had the pleasure of accompanying you on your gardening journey with exotic seed rarities and plants from around the world. Watching things grow together has brought us great joy. But every project has its time—and for us, the moment has come to step back. Due to health reasons, it is with a heavy heart that we have decided to permanently close the sunshine-seeds.de online shop and enter our well-deserved retirement. This decision was not an easy one for us. However, our health now requires our full attention. We would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your many years of loyalty, the trust you have placed in us, and your enthusiasm for our green rarities! immergrüner, hoher, oftmals mehrstämmiger Strauch oder kleiner Baum bis zu 10 m (in Kübelkultur bis zu 3 m) mit wechselständig angeordneten, langgestielten, schildförmigen, an der Basis herzförmigen, bis zu 15 cm langen, tiefgrünen, am Rand gesägten Blättern und auffälliger Nervatur. Die langgestielten, hängenden Blütenbälle bestehen aus dichtgedrängten, ca. 2 cm großen, glockenförmigen, rosa- bis pinkfarbenen Blüten, erscheinen in den Blattachseln und verströmen einen angenehmen Duft nach Kuchenteig

Sowing Mix: Coir or sowing mix + sand or perlite
Germination Temperature: ca. 22-25°C
Location: bright + keep constant slightly moist, not wet
Germination Time: ca. 2-4 weeks
Irrigation: in the growing season regularly water
Fertilization: weekly 0,2%ig or long-term fertilizer
Pests: Spider mites > especially under glass
Substrate: potting soil + sand or perlite
Culture: hell bei mind. 15ºC + konstant leicht feucht halten
Overwintering: Older specimens bright at approx. 10-15°C and according to ambient temperature always to water so much that the root ball not dries out.
Note: drought-tolerant! Prune after flowering
