Sowing Deep: ca. 0,5-1 cm / Bulbs: ca. 4-5 cm
Sowing Mix: Coir or sowing mix + sand or perlite
Alternative: Seeds with 90ml water + 10ml 3%ig hydrogen peroxide in a closeable glass at ca. 20-25°C until germination takes place
Germination Temperature: ca. 23-27°C / Bulbs: ca. 20-25°C
Location: bright + keep constantly moist, not wet
Germination Time: ca. 1-4 months
Irrigation: in the growing season regularly water
Fertilization: weekly 0,2%ig or long-term fertilizer
Pests: Spider mites > especially under glass
Substrate: potting soil + sand or perlite
Culture: bright at approx. 15-20°C + keep constant slightly moist
Overwintering: The plant moves above ground over the winter months. Bulbs will be stored light or dark at about 10-15°C in peat or potting soil. With the new shoots, mostly in February/March, the watering can be increased slowly.
