immergrüner Strauch oder kleiner Baum bis ca. 3 m mit gegenständig angeordneten, ovalen oder breit lanzettlichen, glänzend tiefgrünen Blättern mit gesägten oder auch glatten Blatträndern. Die kleinen, intensiv duftenden, creme-weißen Blüten erscheinen in dichten Büscheln in den Blattachseln

Sowing Mix: Coir or sowing mix + sand or perlite
Germination Temperature: ca. 18-20°C
Location: bright + keep constantly moist, not wet

Irrigation: in the growing season regularly water
Fertilization: weekly 0,2%ig or long-term fertilizer
Pests: Spider mites > especially under glass
Substrate: potting soil + 2/3 sand or perlite
Culture: im 1. Jahr hell bei mind. 10-15ºC + konstant leicht feucht halten
Overwintering: Ältere Exemplare können in mildern Regionen mit entsprechend Winterschutz ausgepflanzt werden. Bei Kübelkultur hell bei mind. 5-10ºC und nur soviel gießen, daß der Wurzelballen nicht völlig austrocknet.
Note: regular pruning promotes better branching
