immergrüner, kleiner Strauch oder Bodendecker bis ca. 40 cm mit vierkantigen Zweigen und wechselständig angeordneten, kleinen, bis zu 2,5 cm langen, lanzettlichen, zart behaarten, grau-grünen Blättern. Die ca. 2 cm großen, himmelblauen Blüten mit weißem Zentrum erscheinen einzeln in den Blattachseln
