mehrjährige, sukkulente Pflanze bis zu 20 cm mit holziger Knollen und kurzen, blau-grünen, fleischigen Blättern. Die sternförmigen, gelben Blüten mit ebenfalls gelben Staubgefäßen erscheinen in aufrechten Trauben

Sowing Time: all year round > spring preferred
Sowing Deep: cover only slightly with substrate
Sowing Mix: Coir, Cactus- or sowing mix + 2/3 sand or perlite
Germination Temperature: ca. 20-25°C
Location: bright + keep constant slightly moist, not wet
Germination Time: until germination takes place
Irrigation: in the growing season regularly water
Fertilization: monthly 0,2%ig with cactus fertilizer
Substrate: Cactus or potting soil + 1/3 grit + 1/3 sand or perlite
Culture: bright at approx. 5-10°C + keep constant slightly moist
Overwintering: Older specimens bright at approx. 0-5°C and water only in larger intervals and small quantities.
Note: drought-tolerant!
