Availability, Delivery and Shipment

Only available items can be ordered in the shop and only as long as stocks last.

The delivery is effected by shipment of the goods to the address communicated by the customer. Registered customers have also the possibility to deliver your order to a different address. Click the Button "Change Address" in the order "Delivery Information" and enter the desired delivery address. Also on the "Order Confirmation" page, you can change the delivery address. Click the link "edit".

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, only will be shipped against payment in advance, credit card or PayPal, exclusively shipping and packaging. The shipping costs are calculated according to the total weight of the order and depend on quantity, size, shipping destination and will inform you prior to issuing your binding order. Delivery on invoice after written agreement or order confirmation only to authorities, schools and in the register of registered companies after examination. Packaging and shipping costs are borne by the customer.

All ordered items are packed within 1 to 3 working days after receipt of payment depending on the selected method of payment and passed to the transport company (Deutsche Post, DHL or Hermes), and shipped. If the customer has specific wishes to delivery dates, it can specify them in his order.
The plants, bulbs and rhizomes delivered in frost-free weather and only while stocks last. All orders of seeds are shipped in bubble envelopes to prevent transport damage. Shipping only in the working days from Monday to Friday.

In case of partial or total inability to supply, caused by circumstances of force majeure, which cannot be represented by Sunshine-Seeds (e.g. pests in seed or loss of cultural plants) the customer receives a refund immediately. If the customer has made payment already, are they refunded also immediately by PayPal, credit to the credit card account, bank account or cash with the shipment.
