Order
If you have chosen one of our products from the categories on the left menu, you can put the products without obligation into the shopping cart by click on the button Buy now. The contents of the basket, you can see above, right below the button Shopping cart and is always visible.
If you have more than one kind of the same article, click on shopping cart and add the desired quantity in the box Quantity and then click Update button. If you want other products, you go to Continue Shopping and you come back in the previous category.
For some products, there is a choice of larger quantities. In this case click on Buy now and it opens the detail page of the product. Under Option you can enter the requested product in the field Quantity, a click on button of the shopping cart lay the article without obligation in the shopping cart. You can remove the products from the shopping cart at any time by clicking the field Remove or by overriding on 0 and subsequently the button Update.
If you want to buy the products in the shopping cart, click the button Checkout. You will then be led to our Login page where you can open a customer account or execute an order without customer account. After your selection, you will be requested to enter your personal data, selection of shipping and payment method as well as confirmation of the privacy, general terms and the right of revocation. You can cancel the order procedure at any time or otherwise, conclude by clicking the button Confirm Order.
TIP: If you want to buy the products from the shopping cart at a later time, simply click on Logout. The content of your shopping cart will remain until the next login.
Conclusion of contract
Contract language is German. The representation of the products in the online shop are no juridically binding offer, but a non-binding online catalogue. With input of your personal data and clicking the Confirm Order button you place a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping cart. The confirmation of the entrance of the order follows immediately after mailing the order. Your order is a binding offer. A contract does not already result from confirmation of the entrance of your order, but only from written confirmation of order or by consignment of the ordered products.
Payment method
The invoice amount is paid alternatively by pre-payment, direct debit (only Germany), credit card or cash on delivery (only seeds within Germany).
Delivery
Shipment is worldwide with German Post, DHL or DPD. The shipping charges will be indicated before submitting your binding order. Customers outside the EU are exempt from VAT and send you the deliveries insured only. |
