Glockenrebe, Cup-and-Saucer Vine
Synonyme: Rosenbergia campanulata

schnellwüchsige, immergrüne, mehrjährige Kletterpflanze mit wechselständig angeordneten Blättern, bestehend aus paarig angeordneten, elliptischen, tiefgrünen Blättchen. Die glockenförmigen, grünlich-gelben Blüten mit weit herausragenden Staubfäden, gelben Staubbeuteln und grünen, behaarten Kronblättern erscheinen an bis ca. 30 cm langen, aufrechten Stielen in den Blattachseln. Sie ist durch den Verlust ihres Lebensraumes gefährdet!

Stratification: ca. 6 weeks in moist sowing mix at 25°C, then ca. 4-6 weeks keep dry, then keep constantly moist again
Sowing Time: all year round > spring preferred
Sowing Deep: ca. 0,5-1 cm
Sowing Mix: Coir or sowing mix + sand or perlite
Germination Temperature: ca. 22-25°C
Location: bright + keep constantly moist, not wet
Germination Time: ca. 3-12 weeks
Irrigation: in the growing season richly water
Fertilization: monthly 0,2%ig phosphate containing or long-term fertilizer
Pests: Spider mites > especially under glass
Substrate: potting soil + clay + sand or perlite
Culture: bright at approx. 15-20°C + keep constantly moist
Overwintering: Older specimens bright at approx. 10-15°C and only so much to water that the root ball not dries out completely.
Note: Cut back in fall to around 50-100 cm
