immergrüner, mittelgroßer, dichtbelaubter Strauch bis zu 4 m mit wechselständig angeordneten, ca. 7,5 cm langen und 1,5 cm breiten, ledrigen, grau-grünen Phyllodien. Die langgstielten, kugelförmigen, tiefgelben Blüten erscheinen sowohl einzeln als auch in verzweigten Trauben in den Blattachseln
